Welcome to Mosai ("the App"), a retro aesthetic postcard creation application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the "Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the App. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all information you provide to the App is accurate and complete.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the App (including images, text, and customized postcards). By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates this Agreement at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
The App features a gold coin system, which can be obtained through in-app purchases or interactive activities. Gold coins are used to unlock export permissions and premium features. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to adjust the gold coin system (including acquisition methods and usage scope) with reasonable notice to users.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and notify you through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use of our services.
